We want you to feel confident in every piece you bring into your home. Because many of our furnishings are made to order or carefully sourced, the following guidelines help ensure a smooth experience from purchase to delivery.

Special Orders

Special order items are crafted just for you, down to the last detail. To ensure your pieces arrive as quickly as possible, we’ll begin work as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Returns will only be accepted in the event of a verified manufacturing defect. If you believe your item has arrived with a defect, please contact your Designer as soon as possible.

Order Changes + Cancellations

We understand plans can change and we will always do our best to accommodate requests when possible. Any order changes are subject to manufacturer approval — depending on where your order is in the production process, modifications may or may not be possible. Timing varies by manufacturer, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible.
If you need to adjust details such as color, finish, product selection, or quantity, please contact your Designer and they will walk you through available options.
