How do Norwood’s protection plans work?

Before your furniture even arrives, our warehouse team applies a professional-grade protectant directly to your piece — so it’s protected from the moment it enters your home. Pair that with an extended warranty, and you can host, relax, and live freely knowing your furniture is taken care of. Please note that protection plans must be purchased prior to the scheduling of your delivery.

What plan is right for me?

Fabric Protection — 10-Year Warranty Our fabric protectant creates a barrier that coats the fibers, so spills don’t penetrate quickly. Most everyday messes can be cleaned with simple blotting and a little water. Covers food, beverages, pet, and bodily fluid stains.

Area Rug Protection — 5-Year Warranty The same trusted protectant applied to your area rugs, keeping them looking beautiful for years to come.

Leather Protection — 5-Year Warranty Our leather protectant and conditioner keeps your leather supple, beautiful, and resistant to staining. Includes a cleaning and conditioning kit with FREE refills for life, plus coverage for all buttons, motors, and mechanisms on reclining furniture — with in-home service included.

What happens if something goes wrong?

You’re never on your own. Here’s how we’ve got you covered:

• Call our dedicated hotline for expert cleaning advice
• If the stain won’t budge, we’ll send a technician to your home
• In the rare worst-case scenario, you’ll receive a credit for the amount you paid toward a new piece at Norwood
