Delivery & Shipping Methods

At Norwood, delivering your furniture is as important to us as helping you select it. Our team takes great pride in ensuring your pieces arrive safely, on time, and exactly where you want them.

Local Delivery — Arizona

For customers throughout Arizona, delivery is handled by our own experienced in-house team. A two-person delivery team will bring your furniture into your home, place it in the room of your choice, handle assembly, and remove all packaging and debris. Delivery fees may apply based on your order.

When your order is ready, our team will reach out to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.

Shipping Outside of Arizona

For orders shipping outside of Arizona, we offer three delivery methods depending on the size, weight, and nature of your purchase:

Small Parcel – Smaller items may ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival — if damage is noted, do not assemble the product and contact your Designer within 3-5 days of delivery.

Freight – Larger or heavier items will ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule an appointment and will need to be present to sign for your order. Please inspect your shipment carefully and note any damage on the freight bill before the driver leaves.

White Glove – Our premier delivery option includes a trained two-person team that will deliver your order to the room of your choice, handle up to 30 minutes of light assembly, and remove all packaging. You will be contacted by our team to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect your shipment carefully and note any damage on the freight bill before the driver leaves.

Important Delivery Notes

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes — a street address is required

  • If you live on a street that is not accessible by a large truck, please let us know when placing your order so we can make arrangements
  • If you have accepted your order and discover missing or damaged parts, please contact your Designer as soon as possible
  • Shippers are unable to connect electrical or component wiring
