Todd, just wanted to let you know how impressed we are with your store. Thankfully, it came recommended to us and as soon as we walked in, we knew we were in the right place. Right off, we could see quality and could have taken any of the peices home. We were introduced to Kevin, who proved invaluable in our search for furnishing our new Arizona room. We happened to come in near closing time. We quickly told Kevin what we were looking for and scheduled an appointment with him for the following day, his day off!
The following day when we arrived, Kevin took us into a room where he had carefully prepared and laid out samples for us to look at. He had also done his homework the night before, sketching out our room and the furniture needed. We needed to further look in catalogues and what impressed my husband, Ray and I was that Kevin knew exactly what books to look in to find what were looking for. He was ever so patient with us. We were never rushed, and we left thinking that what we thought was going to be an insurmountable task wasn't so overwhelming after all! We had to return home to Canada shortly after that, and still, Kevin continued to email us, answering any concerns we had.
This is the fourth renovation we have been through during or married years. We have never, ever, dealt with any sales person, be it with furniture or not, that was so prepared and such a treat to deal with. Kevin is a real gem, and certainly an attribute to your sales staff.
Both Ray and I have nothig but the best to say about Kevin and Norwood furniture. We would highly recommend, without hesitation, Kevin and your store to anybody in the market for new furniture!!

Kevin, The day the chaise was delivered I tried to call you but you were out of the
store, or off that day, and I never called again. My client was so thrilled
with that chaise that she didn't want to go to work that day. She just
wanted to stay home and stare at it!!!
The project turned out beautifully and she couldn't be more happy. In
fact she just asked me to help with a new office space. I'll let you know
if when we need some assistance to bring it together.

We keep going back because we enjoy the friendly and personal service we always receive from Roxanne. Roxanne has gone so far as to visit our home to do measurements and help us decide on the right furnishings. The quality of furnishings we have purchased from Norwoods exceeds any other furniture store in the Valley. | We are new to the area so didn't know where to go for furniture for a new home. Our daughter recommended Norwood as a good place to start. I met with Robyn McCarthy who is very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. She was interested in finding out what our tastes were and finding what we needed. After spending a couple of hours with Robyn, I did due dilligence for quality, price, ad availability by checking the other major furniture stores in the greater Phoenix area. There is no doubt that Robyn and the Norwood store was the best, particularly for customer service and quality. Prices were good too. Robyn visited our home, made a scale drawing, and planned a beautiful arrangement for us. Everything was done with the customers needs and wants in mind. No pushing, just good practical advice with well chosen possibilities for our consideration. The furniture was delivered and set in place carefully. Phil followed up on a minor defect with a replacement kitchen chair. Delivery and after sale service is excellent. Norwood is highly recommended for quality, price, and customer service. |

| Our new bed from Norwood Furniture arrived today and we're extremely pleased! The delivery and assembly crew were fast, efficient, friendly, and (of course!) our new bed is wonderful! Most of all, we're very grateful to our sales representative, Jody Marcus, for being so very kind and extraordinarily helpful while we were shopping at the store. Jody spent a great deal of time with us as we selected our bed and mattress, and her enthusiasm and cheerful nature made our shopping experience quite enjoyable. | As a first time visitor, I discovered parking is in back along with the front door. This discovered after parking in the lot acroos the street and looking for a front door on the street side. That was not part of the positive. However, the evening drive-bys and Norwood window displays caught my eye and happily I stopped by in my search for a small classic bookcase for my den. I was limping so I hesitated to go searching in the huge showrooms and looked at catalogs while comfortably seated in the entry. Jodi listened attentively and admitted they only had one bookcase in stock that fit my criteria/design specs. After going through catalogs with no luck, I hesitatingly walked with Jodi to see the one on hand. How grateful I am for Jodi's personal service approach and patience, because the one on display suited my needs perfectly--in fact, it exceeded my imagination for a classic look and happened to be by the same furniture mfg. as the den furniture-Hooker. I was so pleased I forgot to negotiate. That's how surprised I was to find a piece that exceeded my design imagination. I left feeling happy to have such a personalized shopper furniture store near me--with gracious service folk like Jodi. |

It wasn't long until we discovered the need for expert help to decorate our new dream home. Thank goodness we thought of going to Norwoods! On our first visit to Norwood's expansive showroom we were warmly greeted by decorator, Janie Westra. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, caring and a pleasure to work with. We felt she had our best interest at heart as she guided us through the exciting, yet overwhelming job of furnishing our new vacation home. Janie listened to our concerns, understood our needs and priorities, and as a result of her great suggestions we were able to make appropriate selections in furniture and accessory items. Janie and her associate, Larry Fisher, worked as a team giving helpful advice, while keeping in mind our budget and personal taste .
